What is a Solutions Explorer?
We believe in simplicity and aim to alleviate burdens caused by inefficiencies. Using an extensive toolkit, we analyse a problem or goal and seek out possible answers or solutions. We pursue innovation and modernity as our focus is always on the future. My processes are designed to be collaborative – I work in partnership with you to find a solution which is forward-thinking, innovative, cost effective, but most of all simple.
1. Tell me about your problem or goal
I collected this information through a form on the this website. It only needs to be a brief outline of what you’re trying to achieve. Just visit the Get in Touch page to get started.
2. Talk to me
The simplest way for me to understand what you are trying to achieve is to speak with you. I usually do this via a video call. When I receive your initial query, I drop you a quick email containing a link to my calendar. Just schedule a call at a time that suits you. During our call I will ask you some questions about the situation and start developing some ideas for a solution.
3. I'll go exploring
I take the information you’ve provided and research solutions or answers. This research usually involves seeking out technology to help you. I am always conscious of cost and try to find something which suits your budget.
4. Share my findings
Once the research is completed and I have designed your ideal solutions, I will schedule a call to discuss them with you. We’ll agree on a course of action and I’ll document this for you – it’s always useful to have a roadmap as a guide.
5. Make a change
I help you setup your chosen solution – whether it be the introduction of new technology, changes to your processes, or a combination of both. My aim is to support you through the period of change and address any problems if they arise.
